NoBroker and ElectricPe partnerships paves the way for 100,000 more EV Charging points in India

NoBroker has partnered with with ElectricPe, one of India’s most trusted EV charging network, to set up 100,000 more electric charging point in residential neighbourhoods. Vehicle owners can use NoBrokerHood app to scan and pay bills. The bill can either be paid instantaneously or can be added to their electricity bill.

India is expected to have 5 million more public EV charging stations across the country. This is aimed to address the battery charge range issue which is a major hindrance to the adoption of EV.

ElectricPe will have access to NoBrokerHood societies (societies which have onboarded the NoBrokerHood society app) making it convenient for car owners to access EV Charging in their locality.

Residents will be able to see available EV charging points with the help of ElectricPe app. Car owners can also book slots for charging their EVs using this app. This will be a one-stop solution for finding charging station and tracking real-time usages.

Residents will also have opportunity to request a charging station to be set up in their private parking lot on getting RWA’s approval. Government of India as well State Governments are aggressively pushing the adoption of Electric Vehicle to reach the target of EV30@30. By this way, the major hurdle in the path of EV adoption is expected to be addressed to a large extent.
